We are a non-profit with limited resources with a new space in Rosslyn, VA. I didn’t really know how to approach buying furniture, given our tight timetable and budget. Our broker recommended that I call Purgistics. I explained our situation to Ari over the phone and I guess he could tell that I was stressing a bit and by the end of the call he told me that I need not worry about the furniture… saying ‘we got this’.
Their communication was excellent and they quickly sent me options, pictures, layouts and pricing. Then they came out to measure and do a site survey. They gave us very helpful guidance in terms of space planning. And sure enough, they provided us with a used workstation option that works perfectly in our space and fit well within our budget. We were actually able to get a new conference table and all new seating as well. It was quite obvious to me that all they cared about was making sure that I was taken care of.
