I had a wonderful experience working with the Purgistics Team. Overnight I was thrown into a huge renovation and refurnishing project with a set amount of money to spend and a limited time to do so.
Ari and Reuven (Purgistics) were recommended to me and I felt comfortable working with them at our first meeting. That comfort was not misplaced. They helped me furnish an entire office level for our Foundation within my budget and allowing for everyone to be accommodated. They were flexible when we made some changes and the place looks fantastic. They are a small firm. At least I think they are small because I got that exceptional personalized service that one does not often get from a huge company. The Purgistics team was recently contracted for the sale and installation of approximately 45 offices in three refurbished buildings. Their scope also included the relocation of existing furnishings and all personnel. The challenge was the scheduling due to each building being completed successively over a three week period. Additionally, the project required furniture to be delivered and installed within a day of the personnel relocations to allow for communications to be installed concurrently with the moves. The schedule was aggressive and, based upon the client expectations and preparations, unable to be adjusted. Everything was prepared as planned, the Purgistics team had installed all new furniture and they were scheduled to arrive to complete the relocation effort. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating and the day of the move the region experienced record rainfall. In spite of the conditions, The Purgistics team performed exemplary. They maintained a positive attitude, were prepared with wet weather gear and wipe rags, and ensured the client was relocated to their new offices with minimal issues due to the weather. The same scenario occurred for the following two scheduled move dates, although not record rainfall during the two additional relocations, the project site remained wet and during all scheduled activities the Purgistics team demonstrated why they were the correct choice for supporting the project.

At Actavis, we were given a limited budget and limited space in which to come up with a final layout that would be both functional and appealing to our end users. Working with Ari and Reuven was the best office furniture design/purchase/installation experience I have had. From the start, they were enthusiastic about trying some different layouts. Our allotted space had some facility restraints that had to be worked around but in the end we came up with workstations that allowed us to get the number of people into that area we needed and were more functional than I anticipated. We are a non-profit with limited resources with a new space in Rosslyn, VA. I didn’t really know how to approach buying furniture, given our tight timetable and budget.
