Client Challenge - At Castle Point Mortgage Inc., a fast growing mortgage company with offices in Maryland, New Jersey and Massachusetts, the challenge was providing hundreds of loan officers with a unique workspace which took privacy into consideration yet at the same time maximized space. There were custom size desks and conference room furniture needed as well. The client was seeking an office furniture resource which would be able to assist them with maintaining a consistent style and image at all offices, a prompt delivery and install date, all without exceeding their budget.
Purgistics Solution - At a 65% savings, we provided Castle Point Mortgage with eight hundred remanufactured Herman Miller cubicles in three different states, of which, three hundred sixty-five were installed within two weeks. By using 54” tall and 60”wide extended telemarketing stations, voice privacy was maintained yet space was maximized. We were also able to offer Castle Point color choices when using Herman Miller remanufactured stations which allowed them to maintain a consistent style throughout all their offices. We also provided Castle Point with new high-end executive office furniture as well as high pressure laminate at a lower cost for their conference rooms and managerial offices.
